I purchased some glasses and paid for standard delivery. They arrived in a box with no information, no return form, no receipt, nothing other than broken glasses in a c6 25mm high box which is far too small to even contain the glasses let alone protect them. They arrived broken and bent. I tried to call them but their phone lines do not work, their chat box doesn't work so I emailed them and heard nothing back. It took them a whole two 10 days to get back which time I'd filed a dispute with Paypal. When they did get back they refused to pay for the return. They said that they have suspended their free returns and that I would have to return them using a tracked service which costs nearly £10 on top of what I have already paid for broken glasses. When I mentioned the inadequate packaging they said that they were aware of the packaging issue and are working to find better packaging so they clearly know they are at fault and yet they refuse to pay for the return of their faulty goods and they say that they can only refund the amount I paid for the good and not any returns. When I complained about this they said I was being rude and that they didn't get the job there to have customers be rude. I had simply told them that they are clearly not operating a reputable business as they are in breach of their contract to provide me with what I paid for and are in breach of distance selling laws. They replied with arrogance and superciliousness saying they have made it clear where they stand and if they can help in any other way 'do get in touch with us'. When I did get back saying they can help by upholding the law and their contract they said well, I can wait for them to sort out a returns procedure or wait for my dispute to worked out with paypal!!!!
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. DO NOT GIVE THEM THE CHANCE TO TREAT YOU THE WAY THEY TREATED ME.
They are NOT a reputable company if they'd prefer to allow a chargeback complaint rather than sort it out in a professional manner.

I like these glasses. They are fantastic, just better than the ones I had before.

Efficient service and pleased with the results. A little bit of confusion over the prescription where, after the order was completed, I had to send a photo, by email, of the prescription. Perhaps, like some other sites, the facility to do this whilst ordering would be a good idea. He



End result was good. Varifocal split between near and far was good first time unlike certain high street chains. My own frame so can’t comment on frame fit. Overall time from me sending my frame to receiving updated package could have been a bit quicker, and it would have been nice to be kept informed on progress a little more than “we’ve received your frame” and “we’ve dispatched your frame” some time later.


Delighted with my glasses but took over a month to arrive.

Glasses and speed of production & delivery were fine (good even) but as soon as I ordered I started receiving e-mails enticing me to buy more. Most frustrating of all was the one offering a significant discount (from memory 20%) if I ordered before a certain date. I was tempted to cancel my existing order & re-order using the discount. They seem to be determined to make their customers angry? Crazy!

VERY QUICK AND SIMPLE LETS HOPE THE GLASSES ARE AS GOOD
